Is my Karting Experience going to be safe?

karting like in any other form of motorsports or action sports, there is the risk element involved. However Henderson Karting Experience has an excellent safety record with over 7 years of operation. All classes and racing programs are run with safety in mind since Safety is our Priority. 

How much driving time do i get?

HKE offers more driving time than any other karting school in the country, our second priority is to make sure you get better at controlling and driving a race kart, and we know that track time is very important. We will make sure you get all the drive time you need to learn what you are being thought, which is 50+ laps.

How fast the karts go?

The PRD packaged karts that you will drive at Henderson karting Experience can generate speeds of up to 75+ miles per hour in a straight line and they have the acceleration of the fastest car you have ever driven x2 or may be x3.

How many people are going to be in the class?

There is going to be only you and your group of friends that are coming that day. If you are by your self or with only one more person, we will probably have one or two more people in the class. However Henderson Karting Experience can accommodate your preferred needs.

Are there any age or physical restrictions?

Jerry Henderson has been working with students from 5 to 85 years old. HKE has kid and cadet karts available for the very young crowd.

Do I need to have my own safety equipment, or what do I need to wear?

Henderson Karting Experience will provide you with all the necessary safety equipment that includes helmet, full suit, gloves and a neck brace, but you are welcome to bring your own safety equipment (if bringing your own helmet, it has to be a full-face helmet and SNEL-2000 rated or better). You have to drive with close toe shoes, tennis shoes preferred (you will not be able to drive if you are wearing sandals or hi hills shoes)

Can I bring my own kart?

Yes, Henderson karting Experience has a class (Coaching) for karters with their own equipment, please check out in our Schools Page.

When should I book my class?

As soon as possible. We recommend that you book your class at least 2 weeks in advance.

Are there group discounts or special packages?

Yes we can do a group discount and we also offer corporate programs or other exclusive arrangements, please give us a call we will be happy to assist you and work with you.

Where are you located?

Henderson karting Experience has moved to Apex Karting Center in Lake Perris, CA which is a premier karting facility that host top level racing series. Apex Karting Track will offer you a pleasurable yet challenging driving experience.
